Car Matching Aerosols
We use the Helios Mobihel mixing scheme which can produce a large range of car colours, the Mobihel scheme allows us the mix 2k, cellulose and basecoat paints which we then fill our aerosols with, we also use U-pol Custom Can System.
We mix aerosols to match the existing colour of your car.
We can match the paint by using colour codes or using the mobihel colour wizard spectrophotometer, which scans the paint on the car and matches to a paint formula giving an accuracy of up to 97%.
As well as the aerosol we are able to mix this paint into a touch up kit, this comprises of a 60ml pot with a touch up brush built in and a "dropper bottle".
We have two filling stsyems that we use the Fillone System and the U-Pol System:
