Laser Tools Pulley Holding Tool Set - for VW Group (VAG) 7279LT

A comprehensive pulley holding tool used across the Volkswagen Group range of vehicles. Designed to hold camshaft, crankshaft, oil pump and water pump pulleys or sprockets while loosening and tightening the fixing bolts.

A must have kit for anyone working on modern engines (not just VAG) where it is so important to hold the camshaft sprockets still while loosening or tightening the fixings during belt replacement and tensioning. A vital addition to any engine timing tool set.

Use with Laser 8421 camshaft holding conversion disc when working on the latest 1.5 TSI VW Group engines.

  • Complete set of adaptors: Ø4.8mm, Ø6mm; square 15 x 6mm, square 15 x 12mm; 13 x 17mm and 16 x 20mm cups; Spline M10 & M12.
  • Equivalent to OEM T10172A (T10172) & T10554.
  • Camshaft holding conversion disc for use on later VW Group 3 cylinder 1.0L & 1.5L engines also available, please see Laser Part No. 8421.
